You should still be under warranty. What does your dealer or Keystone say? It's a good possibility that the factory put the wrong fuse in the slot... or one of the downrange "users" is shorted. Troubleshooting can be quite tedious, so I would definitely make it a warranty issue if you can.

Seems like a pretty big load for a 15 amper to me..., If your dealer won't help, risk a 20 amper in the slot. If that blows you have a short.
