On my 2015 Cougar X-Lite 30RLI the handles are not switchable unless you tackle another project.

The BLACK handle is threaded and I installed a valve extension to make it easier to get to.

The GRAY handle is threaded BUT has a hole with a pin through the handle and rod - PITA to remove the pin since it would have to be drilled out.

saw dust -

What kind of PDI did you, and/or the dealer perform? The things you list should have been found and corrected before you left the lot. I am sure you had a brake controller. When setting it did no one notice the trailer brakes didn't work......just wondering.

The dealer has a responsibility to make sure what you are getting is good to go to the best of their knowledge. It does not relieve the buyer from double checking everything to make sure it is functional; it is, after all, your money.

Stupid funny

Took a few to figure it out. But now that I hear more folks with the same issue, that's funny right there!

This label reversal thing seems to be almost universal across a lot of these RV's. I wonder what happened? Do they all use the same control cluster for these valves?

Nothing has changed for 2016

Same deal with my new 2016 Cougar 28RLS 5th wheel.

For our maiden trip we we're dry camping and needed to carry a few buckets of shower water to the gray water dump across the street. Pulled one of the handles marked "Gray" (we have 2) and guess what I got a bucket full off. Very funny Keystone?

Add me to the list of reversed labels!

Is it really that difficult to get this correct?
