Battery connections

I removed my 2 batteries from my RV for the winter. And when it's time to reinstall them is there a propper way to hook up the batteries. Like positive side first then negative side or negative side first then positive side. Just don't want to blow anything up.

It really makes no difference. The suggestion to do Positive first the negative is only to protect against accidental shorting with your wrench with connecting the cables. Just be careful and take your time.

A good tip (while too late now) is to take a picture with your phone before you unhook anything. that way you can reference it later when you start to question which goes where.

X2 The critical step is to make sure you are connecting the rigs positive (+) lead to the positive of the battery and same for the negative rig lead to the negative on Battery.

Are you from Pataskala Ohio? If so, I am down the road from you and camp near Salt Fork Park

If they're 12v, for equalization purposes, they should be hooked up as in the diagram. This way you're not favoring one battery over the other, either on charging or draw.
