Where is the Sub-woofer located in a 2013 Fuzion 399?

What the Entertainment Package contains and how to operate it is apparently a closely held secret at Keystone. There are separate manuals for most (not all) of the audio and visual components / TVs, radio/DVD/Cd player, but nothing that tells how to operate the system. For example does inserting a movie DVD in the Pioneer AVH-P1400DVD play on the big TV? Where is the Pioneer GM-6500F amplifier located? Where is the sub-woofer located? Can the speakers in the ceiling be used for the TV? If so how? Can the volume on the outside speakers be adjusted? -- and a few more mysteries.
I have stumbled into a few answers for some components (that dealer did not know either) such as the speakers in the garage can be controlled turned on and off by two rocker switches on the wall located with the light switches. The TV has some RCA plug wires running into it that look like they might come from the Pioneer AVH-P1400DVD.
Bottom line: I cannot find the sub-woofer and I cannot find the Pioneer GM-6500F amplifier. I did pull the radio/DVD/Cd player out of the cabinet and found no amplifier in back of it.

Unless you ordered the sub woofer as an option, you don't have one. Yes the speakers can play with the TV, it's all part of the main system. One volume controls all speakers, so you can't turn the inside speakers down and the outside up. Of course if you have the outside package then that is all different.

sub-woofer

I have a fireplace in my fifth wheel Montana and had to pull it out to work on it. There behind the fireplace was the sub-woofer!

There is a switch to turn the Sub-woofer on and off in the control panel, so I presume there is a sub-woofer someplace.
[I have no fireplace = no sub-woofer found.]
Sorry for the late reply, finally got to this when we took the Fuzion on the road again.

Sub woofer and amp location

I found my sub woofer under the bathroom in the storage locker behind the vented panel. The amplifier is located in the cabinet behind the main electrical panel. Turn on the stereo, check to see that the sub woofer setting is turned on in the pioneer unit settings, turn the rocker switches off in the garage, interior and exterior speakers off, and the sub on at the control panel by the door and you should hear only the sub woofer.

I have a wireless sub woofer located behind my fireplace also. On my control panel I have an empty hole where it is labeled sub woofer. Since it is wireless I suppose there is nothing to turn off and on. Probably gets its signal from the soundbar.
