This panel should put out around 285 lumens (individual 5050 SMDs put out 19 lumens based on one source I found) although the listing for this says 200. Regular 921's are 264 lumens. Even at 200 lumens, these panels would likely be a good equivalent. With regular bulbs you "lose" some of the light in the fixture since whereas with a panel it's directed solely downward and out the lens. As previously mentioned, lumens are not a perfect measurement, but it does give you an idea of how two bulbs/LEDs compare.
Attach them to your light fixture reflector with a little 3M foam tape. It doesn't need to be too much, just a little square in each corner. The thickness of the foam tape also helps keep the back of the board away from the metal reflector.
The panels tend to be good for the high ceiling lights, but because they are so directional I found they aren't as good for under-cabinet lights and other areas where you actually want some sideways broadcast of light. I put in some round ones (
