no temp control
As im getting my trailer ready for our first trip i have notice that the hot water tank and the fridge have no adjustable tempature controls. just one of the many things that sliped by me when i was buying it. and the fridge takes awhile to lite up, about 3 min. is this normal ? and the water pump is very loud. the trailer will be going back to the dealer when we get back from our trip.

Your HW tank does not have a "user" adjustable temperature control. The thermostat is pre-set at the factory to maintain a temperature of 130 deg F.
Some fridges, depending upon the make and model, do not have a thermostat to control temperatures so you might want to check your owner's manual. On some, there is a manual "slider" located near the cooling fins that can be moved up or down to vary the temps.
Are you talking about taking 3 minutes to "light up" when the fridge is set to Auto? Whatever setting it is on, it shouldn't normally take that long for the light to come on indicating that it is functioning. If you are not plugged in, the fridge will automatically switch to propane (if on Auto) and it should come on fairly quickly if all is well.
Noisy water pumps are fairly common as well. If you do a forum search on this topic, there are some suggestions that you can do that will make the pump run quieter.
Some of these include:
1) remounting your pump and placing it on a vibration-dampening pad of some sort - cork, rubber, etc.
2) install an accumulator tank if space permits
3) wrap water lines in foam where they pass through cut-outs in the paneling or partition. Sometimes the lines are touching the panel and the vibration is magnified when the pump is turned on.

can only help on the fridge. Manual slider on the cooler in the back of the fridge on the right side.

Hot water is hot water, no adjustments, gas or electric. Many fridges do have a slide or bottons next to the on/off/auto switch labeled 1-5 for controls, sounds like your might be inside. Cannot help with the pump, have only used mine when winterizing.

If you have not used the propane for a while it will take some time to purge the air out of the lines. Try lighting the stove first and it will shorten the time considerably. Enjoy your trip and travel safely, Hank

We only have a primitive adjustment inside the fridge, a slider holding a temp sensor on the cooling fins.

What does the book from the fridge mfg say? What do you have to bring the trailer back to the dealer for?
