2015 Springdale slide problems
Won't move out, or in...13.6 volts on battery and plugged in to the house.
Found the manual operation nut and my 1/4 drive impact isn't moving it in either direction.
Any other ideas for me?

Is something jammed up underneath of it?

Don't quote me on this, but if I'm not mistaken there is a brake release lever on the end of the motor assembly. Check that out and if it's there release it and try it again.

Nothing is jammed that I can see.
I will roll under it again after work and take a look to a brake lever. Thank you.

Yours is much newer than mine and may be a different design, but when I had issues with mine a small impact wouldn't cut it. Used a good sized 3/8" drive ratchet and moved it by hand.
If yours is the same as mine when you go this route you will feel where its binding and you can then stop and look for where the issue is.
My issue was also the 30A thermal breaker at the trailer frame up front. Mine had the 2 outdoor lights wired into the same circuit as the motor thru the breaker so if you have no lights theres a good chance that you have no power to the switch as well.
Good luck.

Forget my last comment. I was thinking about the electric bed in the garage having a brake lever. I've got cable operated slides too and my control is over the top of the slides and IN the trailer, not under it. Sorry, my bad.

The 30amp fuse in the electric panel on mine has blown a couple of times, replaced and worked fine,I replaced the fuse with an auto reset circuit breaker and it’s working fine, mine is a 2015 267bhwe. I tried moving slide in with my 18v drill just to reassure myself that it would work in case of a problem, I used a Ryobi 18v with a high and low setting, would not move it on the high setting but worked fine on low. good luck!

Slide will move using the 18 volt drill, so it's looking like an electrical issue. All the fuses test ok with the volt meter, but I don't think I'm getting voltage to the switch.
I'm going to bring the drill with and drag my large backside under the camper to run the slide out this weekend to keep the reservation we made a few weeks back.
Anyone know where to find a wiring diagram for one of these units?

No such beast exists from Keystone. You may find a hand drawn one by googling.

If you have a volt meter, check the voltage at the motor when switch is engaged either in or out. If no voltage there, check the switch. Check continuity of switch. In neutral (center) position it will read infinity. In either the in or out position it should read zero. (Switch unplugged). Then while you’re there check for 12v. (DC voltage btw)

I ended up taking the cover off the fuse panel, and surprise there was one more 30 amp fuse I could not see with the cover on. Oops.
