Or call customer support at LCI. I have read from others that they are very good.

It really isn't reprogramming... it is renaming the positions that you need to do... the programming is set by where the wire/fuses are attached on the controller..

See page 14 & 15 of this http://www.lci1.com/assets/content/s...ket_Manual.pdf

Download the MyLCL app. It’s got a wealth of info including sections on the one touch system. Additionally the app has a real time chat mode that lets you chat with a technician on that specific item.

I have contacted my dealer and was told that it was not wired for it .why would keystone put a system in and not wire it to work? So far I am not very happy with keystone .remote operates awning slides and lights but not leveling .

As others have said, the "place" on the remote screen can be renamed for the function it serves. My bet is the auto level was hooked up just not properly labeled. I had to rename the positions on ours but that was because the dealer lost our remote and he had to get us another (probably from another trailer on the lot). I'd look into the remote and the interaction with the level system controller a bit more before I gave up.

Sounds like leveler not synced with remote seems to me it’s just a configure issue. The first new Rv we bought had it and the dealer didn’t know how to use it or work on it they told me “those things never work “
So it was on me the last dealer we had actually took the time to show us everything about the coach and show us it all worked before we took it home. A big shout out to csrv in Iowa for that they are awesome.
