In Command App

We have had our 2016 Fuzion 414 for about a week now and I've downloaded the IPhone app for the InCommand system and synched up the app and paired the phone to the camper. The only issue I'm having is the only commands that I see on the phone is lighting controls and one quantity each for black/gray/fresh water. No slide controls, no genes controls, no awning controls etc. Any ideas? Thanks, Jay.

Re: In Command App

"campers" have gotten so sophisticated that it takes a phone app to camp now?

Lol....

Re: In Command App

In the app, select settings (gear icon on lower right portion of screen), then select the reset button (upper right), then select floorplan. This will set your phone app with the floorplan in your coach. You need to be connected to your coach (phone paired with inCommand) to do this.

Some new campers have an automated system called inCommand. It is very cool. You don't need to use your phone, but is very useful if you do.

I like being able to extend my slides and jacks while I am outside walking around the camper. You can see what is going on better.

Re: In Command App

Well it worked as instructed by Outback. It was actually quite easy to set up. It just wasn't clear on what the "reset" button was for. No instruction manual either. Here is a couple of pictures for inquiring minds. Its a great way to manage your RV.

In the app there is a tab showing i at the bottom. In that tab there is a link to the owners manual. My F420 came with one but you can also download it here as well. Also I have used tech support many times for "issues" I was having and they are very responsive and helpful. Also any updates are also shown in this tab as well.

Here is all the documentation and firmware updates (if necessary):
https://www.asaelectronics.com/incommand-support

Be careful if you choose to update your firmware that you're putting the right software on the right system. As you can see from that page, there are now x2 different In-Command platforms and attempting to install the wrong SW between them will have you quickly returning your display to ASA for an RMA! Don't ask me how I know
