Anyone towing a premier 30ripr?

I'm considering purchasing a 2016 bullet premier 30ripr and was wondering if I have enough truck to tow it safely. I have a 2013 Silverado1500 full can 4x4 with5.3ltr 3:42 rear and z71 suspension also has tow mode and trailer brake. Manufacturer specs say towing capacity is 9400lbs and hitch capacity is 1100 with wd hitch. Trailer gvwr is about 8100lbs loaded and dry hitch weight is 790. Anyone towing with a similar truck/ trailer combo? If so any recommendations for wd hitch anti-sway etc.

We're towing a 2014 30RIPR with a 2014 Silverado, and so far so good. We use an equalizer e4 I think is the model, and a DirecLink brake controller. Have towed using a prodigy P3 as well. Yes, you'll know it's behind you, but we seem to be doing well pulling it around Kentucky and Indiana. We do have almost everything we need in the trailer, so it's just the wife and I and some lightweight stuff for payload, but we seem to be good. I've had to do some harsh braking, and luckily it's been good, but in high winds, it's a 30 ft sail.. I usually pull over for a bit during the storms and higher winds.

A good place to start is to look at the yellow sticker inside the driver door of your truck, what does it say for max payload?

I have a 2013 CC Z71 4x4 5.3 and tow a Bullet 230BH and it does ok but couldn't imagine to much bigger without any power mods.

That 5.3L motor is a great motor but will struggle on most hills. My Bullet 308BHS is 6100 dry and we have about 900 lbs of cargo, battery, and propane fuel on board. We're about 7100 lbs or so loaded. My full size Yukon XL Denali with the 6.2L L92 powerplant manages well on some steeper inclines (10-12%). I don't know if I would want to go any heavier, though, with my 1/2 ton frame. Your payload will be severely tested when you add cargo and tongue weight. I think those previous gen trucks hover around 1600 lbs. And I think most RV owners can substantiate how important payload is. I load all cargo in the trailer (equally in front and behind both axles).

So far in 3 months of towing it, my experience has been favorable but I wouldn't consider anything heavier. And this is with an engine delivering 100 more horsepower and torque.

I tow my Passport 2810BHS, 5145lbs dry and about 6500 loaded with my 2014 Silverado 5.3L 3:42 rear with Equalizer 10K WDH. It seems to do a pretty good job but I don't think I'd want to go any heavier. I definitely need to upgrade to LT tires. Even with the P series at max pressure they are too squishy. I do get some movement from high winds and big trucks but haven't felt unsafe while towing.

I tow my 30RIPR with a Z71 Tahoe with Max Tow Package. I'm near my weight limits when loaded, but it does the trick. I'm in FL so there is a lot of flat land, but I've towed to MD and back with no issue.

It'd be ideal to upgrade to a 3/4 ton, but it'll do the trick as long as you aren't loading up the pick up with a ton of stuff/people.

I towed a similarly weighted, but slightly shorter trailer with my older Tahoe all across the country and while it struggled on some big mountains in CA and CO, we got through with no issues. If you live in a mountainous area, I'd upgrade. If you're driving local or in a flat area like FL, you'll be ok.
