New to Fifth Wheel Towing
New 2014 Keystone Alpine 3010RE
TV-2012 F250 CC 4X4 6.7L 3.55axle firestone airbags
Tows really well and seems to have plenty of power,would like opinions on pulling with weights below

Drive Axle-6520
Trailer Axle-9880
Gross Weight-21500

Only comment I have is to verify your rear axle capacity and rear tire (stamped on sidewall) capacity... And keep a close eye on tire air pressure.
And try to wipe the smile off your face when you're out enjoying it.

Your rear seems heavy to me, you only have 2,500 more GCVW than I do, yet your rear axle is 1,000# heaver than mine. What is the empty weight of your rear axle.
X2 to the statement above, hope you have axle and tire rating to cover.

I would recommend installing an EGT (exhaust gas temperature)gauge to monitor your EGT's while towing. The early Ford 6.7's turbo's are known to run hot and can really heat up while towing. The EGT gauge can assist in knowing when its safe to shut the truck down. Best to let it idle for 5 mins or so to allow the EGT's to drop before shutting it down.
*An EGT gauge alone will not void your warranty* Now if you tinker like I do, that's another story...

I have an agt gauge, whats the max temp you never want to see?

Well, you're 520 pounds over the GAWR for the '12 F-250 and 1620 pounds over GVWR for the '12 F-250 10K option.
However, since you're rear axle ratio is 3:55 you probable have either the 18" or 20" optional wheels and tires so you might be okay with the extra weight since the rear end is the same for the F350 SRW and the F-250 for model year '12. The only real danger is the tire ratings and you should check that ASAP.
Other than that your only problem might be getting a visit with the weights and measures boys which if the rare chance does happen and you are weighed will most likely issue you an overweight ticket and or shut you down until a TV with the proper GAWR is available to tow your trailer.
Like Detective Berretta used to say on TV... if you can't do the time, don't do the crime.
One other note... Not sure about your state, but many including Texas are now requiring a Class A (non-commercial) license for those pulling a trailer over 10K in GVWR regardless of the TV's GVWR or the GCWR of the combo.

1300 degrees is when you need to start watching it closely. If your pulling a hill and your seeing 1200+ to 1300 and you've reached the top and now your coming down the hill and the temps drop, no worries; However if your seeing 1200+ to 1300+ and your still a 1/2 mile from the top of the hill, I would be down shifting and getting my right foot out of it to bring those EFT temps down.
While towing I see 850-900 at 70mph with my truck set up. I have seen 1200 degrees while pulling a 6% grade in CO, AZ, NM, but I usually hit the peak by the time my EGT's are hitting 1250-1280ish
