Question 2014 Cougar 337FLS...L shaped sofa

Does anyone know how the L shaped sofa in this unit is attached? This thing is peeling like crazy (fake leather stuff) and we're considering removing it and replacing with recliners. One of the issues, besides knowing HOW to remove the existing L sofa, is IF we can replace it with regular recliners. The sofa is half on the slideout and half off the slideout. The slideout is approximately 6 inches higher than the livingroom floor. So consequently, the sofa that came with the unit is cut away in the back to accomodate the step up slideout. UGH. Any advice is appreciated.

My sofa was a pull out bed type and was not real comfortable. It was not fastened in any way to anything and the back just slid out of the frame and out through the door in two sections (base & back). Replaced with a Lazyboy love seat dual recliner. I looked at a pic of a 337FL on the internet and wouldn't describe the sofa as "L" shaped I guess as that conjurs up a different image. I did find a pic of one with one of the opposing couches removed so it is likely possible it will come out. I don't understand how the couch slides across the carpet when the slide is in but that is likely the key to removing it. It can't be fastened up front. Have you tried just tipping it forward to see if it is indeed fastened?
