Electrical issue - Mine or Theirs?

I have a Progressive hard-wired EMS with remote display ($282) and it is set for the shortest start delay. I am comfortable with this because I also have an inexpensive ($22) plug-in RV outlet circuit tester. This is a bigger version of the type that you might use around the house, and like the household version uses LED lights to indicate an okay circuit, open ground, open neutral, hot and neutral reversed, etc.

This campground is picky about messing with their equipment so I don't want to take the power station apart to test their breaker so I will let them do it once I determine for sure that it is not my problem.

I know Watchdog has a replaceable board in it on newer models They will send replacement.
They do on occasion go bad.

50A and it doesn't work. Moved to 30A and it works…
Either the 50A EMS has a problem or the 50A pedestal breaker is a problem.
