The real solution if you boondock would be have 600 watts solar on the roof, a portable solar panel on the ground to chase the sun with, a Victron MPPT charge controller, 400AH of Li batteries. Use the Champion to recharge the batteries after cloudy or rainy days. Run everything except the A.C.
If you want to go a step further: 600AH Li, a Victron 3000 Multi Plus, Victron MPPT charge controller, proper installation, wire sizing, fuses etc. Would be able to even run the AC on a very limited basis. Of course it takes a healthy bank account to do that.
