Satellite help

We have Dish TV using a playmaker and a wally while traveling. Is there a direction you are supposed to point the handle. Dish Network told me to point the handle North and Winegard told to point the handle South. Which is right???

Dish network and direct tv are two different providers and I donít believe they share any satellites, so I would go with dish since thatís what you have.

Per the Dish and Playmaker instruction book....handle goes roughly north.

We have the Dish tailgater and always point the handle North. I also level the dome as much as possible.

handle orients to the north, the dish is searching south east or south west and the handle should not be obstructing the clear view of the sky
