Honestly we love the RV but my wife is having a difficult time getting over the free swinging barn door.

Thanks for your help!
Push the door open and then look at the bottom of the door, at the leading edge there should be a small plastic stop or slide bar that will keep the bottom of the door from swinging outward..

Mine broke the first day... When I noticed it I made one out of 18ga 304 stainless and pulled the screw out of the old plastic piece.. then used Velcro to stick the new one in place..

You have to pull the bottom of the door out toward the bed in order to see the part attached to the wall right against the opening.... bet it's there

It's only about a 1" - 1.5" tall with two screws in it...

Just returned from a six day trip from Reno to Northern California...no problem with the barn door. Just make sure when you travel you hook the pin into the door to keep it open and in place.

My dealer is pretty sure they installed the wrong door...when door is fully closed it is too narrow to remain in the plastic rail on the floor.

Granted once you drive it off the lot they’re all used and it’s value will be the same as any other used 2020. Let me just ask it this way, IF they had a new 2020 sitting on the lot at $61k, would you still buy the lightly used for $58k. If your answer is yes, then pull the trigger. No down sides to an Alpine in my opinion. I’ve had mine for 8 years without a problem and have sold many with very positive feedback. Not just saying that, I’ve been the top Alpine salesman at our dealership for 3 straight years. Lost count on how many I’ve actually sold and have only seen a couple come back in for very minor warranty issues. Most I never see again.
for a benchmark, we just bought a used 2020 Keystone Avalanche 396BH (41' long, 5th wheel with 2 bathrooms) for $47k.
