Just a few questions for you all. First, my hot water on the kitchen sink squeeks like crazy. Is the valve a standard one in the handle or are there many types. I looked on the faucet and cant find a particular brand. There were 3 different things on the back. One was the number 09, next was a C with sa inside it and a 6 digit number below and the third looked like a shield with UPC diagonal through it and the number 4346 below it. Not sure what that all is.
Also do the rbber roofs on the Keystones need to be treated or just washed. I have checked all seems and they look good. The roof itself other than being covered in sap and polled looks good, no dry rot or cracking.

One of the first things I did was to replace the kitchen and bathroom faucets with real ones from Home Depot. The kitchen one was the worst.

Roof needs to be scrubbed. I use Dawn in water with a medium brush. Some add a protectant, but most people don’t seem to.
