Depth of slide on Keystone Bullet?

Does anybody have a measurement on the depth of the slide on a Keystone Bullet? Is it smaller than a "normal" slide out?

I ask because in some exterior pics the Bullet slide out looks significantly shallower than a typical slide, but on others it doesn't. Also, some dealers list Bullets with "Super Slides" and others without, yet the pics of the two don't seem any different.

Thanks!

texasAUtiger,

The "super slide" is typically referring to length, not depth. Most likely a 12ft (long) slide-out.

You're correct... it does appear to be a 24" deep slide-out, and not a 36".

Added note, simply as an FYI: 36" deep slide-out's are more common than in year's past, but 36"
isn't a guaranteed (standard) depth. Manufacturers will sometimes use the more narrow (24") one in a
light-weight trailer line to achieve less weight.

Hope this helps... and a belated welcome texasAUtiger & family!

Slide out

You don't specify which Bullets you were comparing. I have a 2011 246rbs with a 24" slide out. I was going to buy a 2010 246rbs which has a 12" slide out but waited and were glad we did since the additional 12" makes a huge difference. My point is there are differences between model years and that may be what you are seeing. By the way we love our unit and spend a great deal of time in it.

My Keystone Springdale 266 has a superslide that opens out 36 inches,
my old Terry TT had a couch only slide and that only opened to 18 inches.

Hope this helps.
