JD Powers sell price range suggested 25,635, Low retail 13,800, average Retail 16,635; LR and BR slides; Lr needs minor fix of circuit breaker attached to battery, DIY cost less than 20.00; new battery purchased and installed 3/22; new Toilet installed 3/22; 4 new tires 205/75 R14C purchased 3/22 installed there are other goodies to see. I am the second owner but have not used it. I already have a MH and was planning to use the trailer on a permanent site but none available. The first owner stopped using it in 2014 due to death of husband.
