Looks like $99/yr. I don’t have any affiliation or membership.

We are members and in the last month or so stayed at 2 golf courses and a winery.
The New Mexico golf courses were great. Dark about 5 PM (before DST) so very quiet and peaceful.

From the website chuckster included. See the part circled in blue. You cannot use a generator and there are no hookups. If you scroll down on the website it goes to an FAQ section that answers all questions

From what I've read they generally no hook up sites. I think there are a couple of members that participate in the progam and they will likely reply with more info.

DW and I have looked at it. The tasting experience is usually more expensive than a night at a campground, so it all boils down to how much more you prefer wine to air conditioning.

The winery we stayed at had 4 30A sites out of 10 or so. Free without any hook up or $20 for power. Was cool so we paid the $ to run heaters.
The two true Boondocking spots allowed unlimited generator usage, but that is not always the case.

The fee is yearly and provides you with an app that connects you with host sites.
We’re a host site (winery) and offer electricity for a free will donation. It can vary from location to location, most do not have utilities. The main idea of HH is to offer a place to stay with the expectation that you will be self-contained and support the business with a purchase.
We are members as well and have found it beneficial in our travels for stops on the way to a destination. I prefer to think of it as an upgrade to a Walmart or Cracker Barrel. The experience varies depending on the host.
Some hosts allow generator use, if asked (we do). As a host, and member, we’ve had many, many great experiences with the program.
