Rain leaking in

We own a 2008 cougar 276rls. I have two problems. First is with the slide. The slide is out, after a rain we find water on the floor under the front edge of the slide in line with the front trim. I've looked at the roof wiper seal. In the middle, it just barely touches the roof. On the ends, it looks like what I think would be normal. I checked the slide ceiling on the inside and it seems we have a sag. On the roof, there is about 1/16" sag when I check with my 2' level. I have pushed up on the ceiling and things seem solid. Looking for ideas. Can I get a wider wiper seal?
I've also been fighting a leak in the rear corner, by the door. Seems to be a floor level. I've sealed everything I can find, think I have it, and then water shows up again. Certainly I've missed something. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

The wiper seals are for wiping and shouldn't be the problem, The other seals keep out the rain.Did you check the rain gutters on the roof? Or check the roof for tears.
