Tv interference

Every time I turn on fan/light in bathroom my tv’s get interference on almost all stations.

You may have a loose co-ax connector in the line from your rooftop antenna to the TV, you may have a loose connection in the 12 VDC line that powers the fan and/or if the bathroom light is an LED, you may have a bad voltage regulator circuit on the LED assembly (commonly called "the bulb").

I'd first change out the LED, if that doesn't help, I'd check the connection in the ceiling for the fan power, then start digging into the connectors (most of which are well hidden) for the co-ax from the antenna to the TV. You may find one or more to be loose, you may find one or more with a "short center wire" so they don't make good contact or you may find one or more with the wire braid (ground sheath) not properly secured at the connector fitting.
