Did your keyless entry ever work? Before new code did it work?
There are a few threads here on keyless issues. Use site search feature and read up on others problems and solutions.
It could as simple as battery, or could be faulty hardware. More info on whats happening or not happening will help everybody help you.

Hi Susan; Funny you should mention the keyless entry on your model. We also have a 3500 RE (2011) and while still under warranty, our dealership is struggling trying to get it working. I understand they have replaced two sets of batteries already and still no luck. Because they are not hard wired (they are only a wireless unit mounted on the outside of the unit) they are pretty much left to the wim of the keypad manufacturer. Interesting that they are experiencing similar problems with the newer model also.

there is a upgrade to the keyless entry. Keystone installed a wired keyless entry on my fuzion 400. Just a note, the dead bolt locks, not the lower one. The battery on your units is in the keypad you need a jewlers
screwdriver
