Bar as in order a drink? Grill as in order a steak?

One of our favorite spots is in Columbia near Sonora Ca. Might be a bit of a drive for you though.
Historic mining town, now a state park. There is a bar at one end of the Main Street and another bar (grill) at the other end. We love the grill because they bottle sarsaparilla there.

I did once

If you do make it out here we will have to share stories at the grill over sarsaparilla.

we got 30 nights free with camper thru thousand trails.
stayed at 4 different ones in north east and they all had bar/lounge.(open at night only)
Didn't go in (have my own drinks if needed in rv)
I believe they had a menu for food also.

Cape Camping and RV Park, Girardeau, MO is south of St. Louis. http://capervpark.com/default.aspx
While they don't have a bar grill on site, less than a 1/2 block away is an Irish pub and a Mexican bar and restaurant. The Mexican place has great food. If you are planning on going please call the desk for directions as there is another Cape camper park which our GPS always tries to take us too and according to the owners is a common occurrence. It is not fancy but because it's a nice place to stay, easy to get too (unless you follow your GPS- don't), and is one full day's drive away from us, so it is one of our regular stops. Great hosts.

There's a few around here we have been to, but I only ever went into the bar/grill once when we were there for a few days and I didn't want to cook.

http://championsriversideresort.com/ EX GB Packer Gilbert Brown owns part of this one. The campground was just so so for us though.

Come on, seriously? Are you asking for any parks in the US, CA or MX or anywhere else that may be reading the forum that may have a bar or grill on grounds? This sort of borders on the ridiculous.

Sun-N-Fun in Sarasota Florida has a pool side bar and grill with nightly entertainment. Also a restaurant that delivered pizza with a golfcart in the park. Any other activity you can think of and dog bathing stations outside the bathhouses. I think they even have a Ham Shack for Radio Operators. That is what I call really roughing it. ..... Oh, I forgot to mention a Post Office and a hair and nail salon.

American Legion Post 137, Jacksonville, FL.

Eight parking sites with gated entry. FHU with 30 amps and an extra 15 amps with an extension cord.

Olympic size pool with Tiki Bar.

Must be a vet. A DD214 will get you in.

That's our rig on the left.

River forest Park Campground in Weedsport, NY had a very large on-site restaurant. We didn't dine there, but we did go investigate and I recall it had a substantial menu. I don't recall if they served adult beverages. The campground is right on a marina and very close (but not too close) to I-90. Nothing fancy about the campground, but the staff was very friendly and it was perfect for an overnight stay (http://www.riverforestpark.org/)

If you happen to visit Craters of the Moon National Monument, Mountain View RV Park (in Arco, ID) has a restaurant that serves beer and wine. I'd recommend the loaded smoked potato and if you're really hungry, the smoked pork ribs literally "fall off the bone".

Reservations suggested for the campground which has grassy sites, most are pull through and easy access to the monument. Campground is on US 26/93, just south of Arco. $37 a night https://www.mountainviewarco.com/

Don't forget to visit the submarine (yup, really, at least part of it) just across the street from Pickle's Place, in downtown Arco.
