I love my dually!
First outing in our new truck pulling the camper. 5.5 hr drive to Gatlinburg, TN with the kids and wife. It's was awesome. I was able to just relax and drive vs constantly correcting the truck and camper. Amazing how just a few hundred pounds in weight and a lot more GVWR makes it so much more stable and enjoyable drive. It was a first not being worn out on a longer drive when we get there. My wife and I are actually looking forward to driving home because we love towing with it so much! Lol

dually is the way to go!! Bought mine in '08 and drug a 36' fiver across the nation and back in '09. What a nice feeling it was to have 6 feet on the ground in WINDY Wyoming.

Congrats Quad !! I took my new dually out for our first trip together last weekend myself. I was thinking going from a 3/4 ton SRW to a 1 ton DRW is a bigger step than going from a 1/2 ton to a 3/4 ton. And the exhaust brake. Pure heaven Hey I need to update my avatar !!

Congrats,Dually is the only way to go on these larger 5th wheels Always good to have 6 feet on the ground instead of 4,Just my 2 cents

Duallys rock, I tried convincing myself otherwise but after a F150 and an F250 and about 20K in learning fees... (trade-in loss) I'm back and YES DUALLYs ROCK..

Great looking rig, if you want to upgrade the ride at all look at getting some Bilstein 5100 zinc shocks. Night and day ride difference!

Totally agree! Also just upgraded to a dually! And also agree with the Bilsteins. Had them on my last truck and already ordered them for this truck.

Try finding a Ram Dually right now on the West Coast. Ram has ended the 2015 model year and won't start taking orders for 2016 till June so figure August or September delivery.

Love my dually as well. Looks almost identical to your. My 2500 was a great truck, but this dually has changed my mind about tow vehicles. Now that I'm "retired", I started transporting RVs. I see some guys doing this work with SRWs, but the majority have DRWs for good reason. It's amazing how much more stable they are, especially in the wind. I changed all of my valve stems over to steel and run a TPMS. They work great, not sure why GM won't put the factory system on.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 RAM 3500 DRW to pull a 39' 14,000lb trailer. What a joy to tow. Plenty of power (almost like the trailer isn't attached). THe exhaust brake in trailer/haul mode is truly amazing. Just wish I was driving the truck instead of working.

My 2500 was also a great truck. I'd did ever thing I needed in a truck, but..... Pulling out 5er well lol it's amazing the difference. I said to my wife, as long as we have a 5er I'll always have a dually. They are awesome when towing. 5100 Bilsteins are nice. I had them on my 2500. It made a huge difference in riding also.

Picked up our trailer from it's winter home today. Dropped it off with the 2500 HD gasser. Picked it up with the 3500HD Dually Diesel. A totally different experience if only for a 1 hour drive home.

Just finished a 3000 mile trip to and from
Florida and I love my dually. My 2500 used to tow just fine but my new F350 tows so nice I almost forgot the trailer was there most of the time.

It nothing short of amazing how much of a difference a dually makes. I never would have believed it had I never bought one. But having one now. I wouldn't switch back having a 5er.

I can say that after having a 95 dually and then an 03 2500 I am glad I went back to a dually. Now when I get to the campground I don't feel like I just went 10 rounds.
