Jenson stereo only plays through 2 speakers

I just purchased a new 2013 Keystone RV with a Jenson stereo that has 4 inside speakers and two outside speakers. I can only get the front 2 inside speakers to play. If I turn on "B" or "C" nothing happens. I've tried turning off A, and switching B & C on....no sound at all then. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Pull the stereo and check the wiring. That should give you some hint as to how (and if) the speakers are connected.

There is a trim plate that just pops off to the radio around the outside edges. Gently pry it off with a small reg screwdriver than remove the four screws in the corner and it will pull right out.

Likely some wires reversed or not plugged in at all.

Before you go disassembling the stereo, some of the newer Keystone products have the 4 overhead speakers all hooked up to the A channel and use the fader function to adjust from front to rear. Go to your audio setup feature, select fader and adjust to see if you can balance the speakers. If not, then start checking for any disconnected wiring.

Thanks for the feedback. I've checked the fader and it is set correctly. I've also pulled the unit out and everything seems to be wired correctly. It's a little confusing given all the wiring harnesses, but it does all appear to be hooked up.

Mine has the 4 inside hooked up to the A button with two on each side of the frt/rear fadar. The two outside are hooked to the B button.

I can play either the outside or inside independantly or all 6 inside and out, as it should be. Might be a bad button on the unit.

Just FYI. If you ever short your battery for a second and the radio quits working, there is a 15 amp plug in fuse in the back of the radio you might have to replace. Did that eariler this spring when working on putting a battery box and longer cables on.

Same in our 2013 Cougar rkswe

So, my question is: Having identified speakers A and B as the 6 you mention...what is speaker set C?

Just to confuse the problem even more, my A is to two speaker inside at rear. B is two front inside and C is outside. You would think that KS would help with this since SO MANY have the same issue.
