Once you convert to .csv you can also open with Excel and make changes to the alert distance and audible warning if you want. Just be sure to save the modified file as .csv and not .xls or .xlsx. (don't ask me how I know this) Some GPS do not accept .mp3 so you may need .wav files for audible alerts.
Also ... warnings are given by coordinates (lat & lon) and not hwy so you may be on the overpass that causes warning for hwy that passes under. (if that makes sense)
