TV fell off the wall

2021 Passport 3400QD. The rear TV fell off the wall while underway. There are dozens of holes in the wall where this has clearly happened before I even took delivery in September. I've emailed the dealer, but they're four hours away and I prefer to just fix it myself.

This is an exterior wall. I've filled the holes with dowels & gorilla glue. Plan to use bigger screws and possibly anchors. I'd rather avoid having to add a whole trim board to support the TV. Any other tips?

PS: I know to now take the TV down when moving, but it's frustrating this is necessary.

PPS, picture is rotated for some reason. Bottom is on the right.

Instead of trying to attach to the wall paneling, I would be looking for studs in that wall that you can attach a board to all the way across, hopefully between two studs, and then screw the mounting bracket to. That way you won’t need to keep messing with the TV.

What Bob said. I wouldn’t be attaching any television set to that flimsy paneling.
