Hello Fellow RVers!

My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Cougar 27RES. This is our 4th trailer since 1996 and our first Keystone product. We really love the layout and the look of the trailer. It is three feet longer than our Jayco that we traded in, and a lot heavier, but so far my F150 is doing pretty good pulling it.

I look forward to sharing our experiences and hearing about all of yours.

Congrats and welcome to the forum from Toronto, Ontario.
Sorry to hear about your issue with door.
That piece beside the door does look like an access panel.
Good luck with the issue with the dealership, if they don't resolve it, it's not a big deal to fix. Could be worse.
