Stabilizer for 2006 Outback 25 RSS

The round disc on the right rear stabilizer is missing from the trailer I just bought. There is only a straight metal piece coming down. It does jack up and down. There is not cylinder on the bottom like the other 3 stabilizers to attach a new round foot. I am handy at welding but I am thinking it might be just as easy to replace the stabilizer and disc. Any ideas on how difficult a repair this is?

Any ideas as to where I can get a replacement?

Thanks,
Rick
