wax rv

I store my trailer so I can't wash it with a hose,have to use a bucket
and rag to wash and dry so far I have just used water no soap.
so what would be the best wax to put on after I wash and dry it,
the trailer is in a covered storage.

I would suggest two ways of doing it. Nu-Finish (Orange bottle) or wash it with Turtle wash Zip-Wax and be done with it all on one step! I think both ways would work fine, one is just less work than the other.

X2 on Nu-finish. Ez on ez off. Been using it forever with good results.

well maybe I will try Nu Finish as I can't wash with a hose,I have taken
the trailer to a car wash before, well when I had a 28' outback now
I have a 36' cougar to big,they want $100 bucks to wash it at storage,
I can spend a few days washing by hand and spend the money on
a little wax and a good workout

and treat the DW to dinner

most of the car wash's in our area have an outside hose for washing larger rigs. before i had a hose at my property, i would go really, really, early and most times i could get away with a cheap spray fill a couple of buckets and wash her up and finish off with a spray and usually use the spray wax at the wash. i could do a large pickup and my moms car for under 30 bucks. if i was feeling froggie i would park it and wax it by hand.

I use Garry's Royal Satin RV and Boat wax. This stuff is incredible. Removes the black streaks and leaves the finish like silk. Waxed it right before the season started this year, and the water still beads with no spots. Great Stuff!!

Howdy All;

Has anyone thought of useing a Truck Wash. Like the ones you find near the local truck stops?

When I drove OTR I would see the Motorhomes pullin' thru gettin' a wash job.
Just wondered (seein' this thread), if anyone had tried it. If so, how was the experience? and was it worth the price...?

I've used the truck wash. They have done a very good job. They will do the trailer and the truck and it is worth the money.
