We use our oven pretty often, pizza, brownies, fish sticks, garlic bread.

I just ordered one of the pampered chef 15x12 stoneware plates, curious to see how well it does.

I'm at my cabin so I can't measure mine but I'm pretty certain that's the same size that I have and you'll love it

I had three criteria when we were looking: oven, freezer, walk-around bed.

Thanks for all the great replies. I never knew that there were rectangular pizza stones... learn something every day.

Our oven
About 20 degrees cooler and 10 minutes longer
Put the pan on a ceramic floor tile and put in the oven at the same time.

Your situation will take some practice but the wild critters love burnt biscuits even if you don't

BirchBoy - BINGO!

We are looking at "getting back on the road" after 18 years away from RVing. My wife is an excellent cook, AND is asking the same questions as we look at prospective rigs.

She has a collection of "air bake" pans/sheets in our current Park Model summer home, "will they fit" in next rigs oven is of concern (to both of us).
Don't want to be missing her brownies when we're living 3 months in Ohio as snow-birds!
Good information in this thread!

I make Kydex gun holsters on the side (at FLA home garage) and use ceramic floor tile that I cut to fit my electric toaster oven....works like a charm.
