Hotdog sticks

I was at the RV store yesterday and I saw these telescopic hotdog sticks for $3.25 so I grabbed a few of them

I had something similar and it worked great until the head fell off and into the fire. Now I use a simple wood stick.

We have metal roasting sticks. I still prefer a wooden stick especially when roasting marshmallows, no cleaning just toss them in the fire when done. Plus it brings back childhood memories. We use the metal ones for the hotdogs though.

I think the same way about roasting marshmallows, they need to be done on a stick as that's the way we did them when we were kids

Plus, I've tried marshmallows on metal sticks, it doesn't work, they melt right off
