2011 Bullet 281 or 2010 Passport 300BH

Last minute decision to buy a lightly used TT (no loan) rather than a new Premier 31BHPR (big long loan). Dealer wont be happy but the budget is thrilled !

Narrowed it down to a 2011 Bullet 281BHS or a 2010 Passport 300BH. Both are lightly used, clean and in good working order. Tow vehicle is a 2013 Silverado Ext. Cab, 5.3L with 3.42 gearing.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated !

Neither will be the Premier but my guess is you can flip a coin. Which one do you like more, nice little things...

Two critical considerations:

1. floorplan, Floorplan, FLOORPLAN

2. condition, Condition, CONDITION

A "lightly used" RV can be a real budget saver, or, if it was traded out of "desperation" by an owner who just couldn't take the problems any longer......

Look it over carefully, make sure that it meets all the "inspection points" in the PDI located in this forum, and if anything looks out of place or "not quite right", get someone who knows RV's well to take a look for you and give you their opinion.

Good Luck !!!
