Welcome to the forum.

A Norcold 2118 is an RV fridge that cools using a 110V element or a propane flame. It’s not a residential fridge that uses a compressor.

What 5A fuse is blowing?

Ok. That black box is the control board. If your selling dealer didn’t include the owners manual you can get it here:

https://norcold.com/product/norcold-...-refrigerator/

There are any number of things than may cause your issue. Is it operating on shore power or batteries? Is the control set to AUTO? Or LP? Is it displaying any fault codes?

Ok. Unplug from the 50A source, put another 5A fuse in see what happens.

Have you read any of the troubleshooting pages of the owners manual?

I’m leaning towards a short somewhere in the 12V circuit. Do you have an Ohm meter and are you familiar with its operation?

Ok. With the shore power cord disconnected, set the meter to OHMS. With the meter ON the display should read “1”, then touch the tips together and the display should read just about zero.

Then using the meter, put one probe on the fuse slot on the BOARD side and the other to a ground. If it reads zero then your board is most likely shorted out.

Since it’s a 2020, the refer is covered by warranty, and you may need to find a mobile technician that keystone will authorize payment to. You don’t really want to do a lot of “testing” as you may cause more damage and lose your warranty coverage.
