Furrion tv

In my 2018 Keystone Outback is the large Furrion TV. I had the Dealership attach a HDMI cable in the back of the set back when I first bought the rig. Problem now is I can't reach behind the unit to replace & or disconnect the cable?
Not sure how the TV is attached to the wall mount?
Any suggestions....
Thanks all .

Michael does the TV not pull out on a swivel mount or something like that? It would be very difficult to mount the TV if they couldn't get to the mounting base??

No it's very close to the wall? I understand as traveling can tend to jar things.
I was wondering maybe pulling up and out?, but didn't want to make a bigger job than is required-lol.....relaxation is job 1 right now.[emoji1]
But sure is frustrating.

Can you use a mirror or take a picture behind tv with your phone to see?

It really looks like an articulating arm..it should pull out from wall...maybe try carefully..also the hdmi cable looks like it’s below the coax cable in the pic

Is that not an extendable arm folded up behind the TV? Sure looks like it with swivel points and extension arms as well....all folded up real tight? I've had a trailer where I thought I would break the TV in half to get the arm to extend. Whoever made the connections didn't do that by having some sort of skinny flexible arms from what I can tell.

It will not budge? It feels like its attached at the top of the unit. I lightly but firmly pulled on it , than tried from the bottom....looks like a call to the Dealership for some advice. I looked at the cabinets on either side above and below fireplace for maybe bolts or something?
Nothing there...

The bolts in the arms are probably tight. I wonder if you have to lift and then pull out? Because yours does not have a strap,to hold it while traveling

I believe you all are correct...it has to pull out. Just have to work it a pinch.
I'm on it!

I agree with Jasin. I don't see anything attaching it at the top. Can you grip it on either side and twist it left to right? If it comes with no strap it might lift and drop into some sort of bracket as Jasin suggested.

Ok my Keystone brothers & sisters......it does pull from the wall!
Thanks for pushing me-lol
It was freaking tight with wall bumpers coming from the back on the TV.
You all are the BEST.

Just looked at a video about a "locking" TV swivel mount that used no strap. It had a spring loaded pin in the bottom securing the extension mechanism. Does yours have anything that looks like that to prevent the extension?

Take a picture underneath and see if a cable is hanging down that releases it
Edit never mind saw that you figured it out. Great!
