Mine will remain a secret. But both of my kids were born at DeWitt Army Medical Hospital on Fort Belvoir, Virginia, about 10 miles from Mt. Vernon, near Alexandria, Virginia (Washington DC area). Yes, they were born Army brats. 1985 and 1987 (boy and girl). They are now 35 and 34 years old. We have 6 grand kids from them. Life is good.

1948, Lakeside Methodist Hospital, Rice Lake, Wisconsin. I have framed at home the receipt issued to my parents for the entire hospital bill, including 5 days hospital stay and delivery for a grand total of $55.00. If I can find the picture of the receipt I'll post it. On second thought...

Small town hospital in south central MN. Mom and dad got the bill for my delivery a couple of weeks after I was born. It stated it was for 2 children, and was somewhere around $150/ child. Mom stopped back at the hospital and asked where the other child was since she only was sent home with one. Hospital fixed the bill. At age 18 after graduating high school, I boogied 1400 miles west for college.

Wilkinsburg / Pittsburg Pennsylvania.... Hospital has been renamed several times... moved to Michigan in 1959 when my dad took a job with Fisher Body / GM where my Grandfather worked as a Pattern Maker...

I was born in Toronto 1964, Hospital is no longer. I have lived in the greater Toronto area for almost half my life. I am tired of the BS in this province and will move out when I retire, East coast or Left coast.

I was born in a town in the TX panhandle while the parents were visiting on vacation. My aunt and uncle there raised my dad and my aunt was an RN at the hospital. She helped deliver me and doted on me for the rest of her life.
