Side of camper is delaminating
I have a 2019 Passport GT 2950 BH and have a spot on the outside of my camper that is starting to Delaminate. Took it back to the dealer and they sent the pictures to Keystone and they said that it was from Bondo that I had applied to the camper!!! I have never done that and I bought it brand new in OCT of 19. Even the body guy and the manager said that is not the case but keystone over rules them. Any one else have this problem? The spot is yellow and starting to have a slight crack in it. I’m am beyond furious. Dealer not sure what to do to fix the problem.

I have no idea how to deal with Keystone on this one.
As for the dealer having no clue how to fix it, it's nothing more than fiberglass. Find yourself a "competent boat repair service" They are "experts in fiberglass repair"... Remember, just as auto body shops are not all equal, boat repair shops are not all equal. So, do some research before you drag your trailer down to get an estimate.

Thanks. The dealer doesn’t want to fix it under warranty because Keystone denied the claim. They haven’t given me a quote to fix it yet either.

For me, why reward the dealer's reluctance to support you with increased profits paid by you ??? I'd find another competent fiberglass repair center and let the dealer "support another customer's Keystone warranty issues".... JMHO....
ADDED: I'd suppose the dealer's "half hearted attempt to get it covered" is directly related to his reimbursement from Keystone vs what he'll charge you in "shop labor rates" to do the same job... Keystone is "notoriously cheap" when it comes to warranty repair reimbursements. Chances are they're paying the dealer $75-80 per hour in shop labor rates and the dealer will be charging you $125-150. So, if Keystone were to authorize 5 hours for repair, the dealer would make $375 plus parts.
If he words the request so that Keystone denies the warranty claim, he can charge you $625-750 for the same job.... Why would he "push Keystone to approve it" ??????

You might want to check above this spot for water intrusion. The staining you are seeing is likely from water getting into the wall system. The water makes the wood panel behind the fiberglass wet and it will start a process where the wet wood is leaching a brownish stain through the fiberglass from the inside out. The same thing happened to one of my compartment doors on a previous unit.
Unfortunately if that is the case and it is caused by water, you won't get any help from Keystone anyway. Keeping these things sealed tight from water falls on the owner responsibility.
A good body shop can cut out the damaged section and install new piece of filon and paint to match. I have had this done as well. Don't ask me why!
best of luck to you

Have you talked to anyone directly at Keystone? I'd call them myself before taking the dealers word, they may not want to do that kind of repair so blaming it on the manufacturer.

Dang Bearcatfan50, I found a bubble in the glass on the front side wall of the kitchen slide on our 2020 Carbon TH. The bad spot is about 8" long by 3" wide. I pointed it out to the service tech that was doing the PDI with me. He told me to continue looking and make notes and he went and sought out the service manager. The Service Manager at John's RV Sales & Service Lexington, SC found and assured me that Keystone would fix it at no charge. Now with the Covid back log we are still waiting for Keystone to send the wall assembly. I have no doubt it will be repaired when the parts arrive. Having said that, I agree with Danny (travelin texans) to call Keystone Customer Service and report your service gripe. You have nothing to loose but time (and maybe your temper).

Many of these paint divots or bubbles on our camper exterior, mostly on storage doors. This camper is not that old and we paid a lot of money for it. I believe the paint job/exterior is still under warranty. What can we do?

A lot would depend on the year of your trailer.
