30rl

Picked up a Sprinter 30RL on Thursday. On Saturday evening we noticed that the 12V refrigerator was giving us a E-3 error low voltage. We turned off the refrigerator. Sunday I noticed the battery indicator was at "0" charged and when i turned off the thermostat it gave me a 'lo" indicator. Does this sound like a converter issue? thanks for the feedback !

Not enough info to guess what your issue is. How old is the camper? Are the batteries new? What is their build date? Is your camper plugged into shore power? Have you considered load testing your battery or batteries? Not knowing your history with this camper, could there be a battery shut off switch that is shutting off battery power?

New 2021 camper/new battery, build date is May 2021. Camper is plugged into shore power. Battery cutoff switch, if it has one where would this be I did not see one? We are not first time camper owners, just new to Keystone and 5th wheels.

Thanks

Even if it's a new camper I would not rule out the battery at all unless you were personally involved in its selection and observed the installation. Unless you know better they may or may not have installed a NEW, adequate battery. A trailer or 2 back the "battery" installed on the brand new trailer was one they found discarded somewhere in some back room (looked like).
