new from Frisco TX

Just bought a Atlas 2732RB TT since I'm now retired and not limited to weekends anymore. It's been a few years since we last owned an RV. So now its remedial training and recreating old mistakes.

Welcome from a guy that spent a lot of time in the Frisco area. What do you have as a tow vehicle and specs on the trailer? You can post them using them using the upper left corner "user cp". That really helps folks trying to address issues and problems.

Welcome to the forum. Someone's going to ask so I'll do it. What are you towing that with?
The GTW is over 9,600 lbs. If fully loaded up the hitch weight will be close to 1,200 lbs, then add the 100 to 120 lbs for a good WDH (which you will need with a 33" long trailer) and you'll be strapping 1,300 lbs on the back of the tow vehicle before you and the DW jump in. Only aim is safety, if you don't know your tow vehicle's load rating look at the tire inflation chart on the driver's door. That much trailer behind a lot of 1/2 ton trucks will result in an uncomfortable experience while trying to maintain control.
