1740RK Bypass Valve

Hello. I'm trying to find out how you access the hot water bypass valve under the murphy bed couch. Can't find the panel to access it. Hopefully someone knows how? Thanks!!

Hi I don’t think there is one. I know there are two valves on the water heater behind the screw panel to the right of the sink

Are you positive that's where the WH is? Look outside for the water hearer cover and it will be directly opposit that on the inside. There will be a panel to remove, typically a couple of screws in a panel cover that may be screwed to the floor or the perimiter. Sometimes you have to look closely in the carpet if the cover is carpeted.

Yes the water heater tank is behind the panel in the kitchen to the right of the sink close to the floor. There are two valve on it one for the hot side one for the cold

Thank you both so much. Removed the panel under the sink and found it. How about accessing the water pump? I believe it's under the murphy bed. I would have to remove the sofa portion to access it. I cannot find any other panels around the area.

Did you locate the water pump access panel? I have the hideout version of your Camper and I can't locate the panel either for the water pump under the couch.

Hi there,

No access panel. Had to remove the couch to access the pump. Screws were a bit difficult to access but the whole couch came up in one piece. Going to try to make an access panel before putting everything back together.
