Hey everyone.

Little background we have owned our keystone Springdale 267 ssbh since December 2014. We are very happy with it! It’s an awesome trailer for what we need. We have had it long enough and used it we would now start to make some mods and improvements to it. So I figured that this would be the place to ask all the questions!! Thanks everyone!

Welcome to the forum! Quite a load you got in the truck..does it handle ok like that?
I watched a 3/4 ton older Chevy with a golf cart in the back of the truck a couple days ago pulling a 30+ foot trailer.. it was porpoising down the road ..looked like a carnival ride.
Lots of good people on the site with many years of experience. Ask any questions in the appropriate sections and you will get good advice

Yes it handles really well!! Was able to get out from where we were camping this past weekend, shorts and a sunburn on the saturday and woke up to 4" of snow the sunday morning. 2006 GMC 2500HD 6.6 Duramax with airbags, with a titian tank (52/196 gallon/liters) plus a slip tank (another 34/130 gallon/liters) that fits underneath the Diamond Back cover. I haven't had any problems towing at all. I mean I wouldn't complain about a Dually with the Aisin but this will do the trick for now!

Welcome to the forum.

So you have about 600 + pounds of exra fuel, I'm guessing another 150 for the tanks so 750. Probably about 700 for the 4 wheeler that's 1,350, plus 1,100 - 1,200 lbs for the hitch nd tongue weight equals about 2,550 lbs. Then there's the cover, whatever else you have in the bed and inside the truck plus you and the DW. Do yourself a favor and run that rig over a CAT scale. I think you'll be exceeding the payload capacity of the 3/4 ton truck.
