Carbon Slide not extending all the way

Need help. Have a new Carbon 358 and kitchen slide does not open all the way (at least i think itís not). We did our maiden voyage this past week. I swear it opened all the way when I did the original checkout. Anybody have any ideas beside taking it in for the dreaded warranty repair? Please help if you can.

That is all the way out, if you look at the first picture the stop is right against the frame, I have a carbon 347 and I thought the same thing when I first got mine, its set that far in because of the motor on top. Not sure why they just didn't make the molding around it a little longer so that it goes against the wall to make it look cleaner
