Question FW: Minimum distance to TV bed?

The DW showed me pics of our first outing and it appears that the FW is not level to the TV. Looks like the FW nose is on about a 30* up angle. I can't move the king pin up to reduce this, it was installed up as far as it will go. Obvious answer is to move the hitch down a wee bit at a time to get closer to level. Hence the question: Is there a set in stone or best practice minimum distance between FW nose and TV top of bed rails? Running vanilla here with no add-ons in or on the bed. Haven't moved anything yet, looking for information at this time.

And please stay on the topic this time. We all saw that I can be a potty mouth when y'all stray from the topic at hand. Just look for the locked thread for a chuckle or to be offended.

Thanks in advance.
