Minor Modifications to Share

First time out this weekend in the Passport and couldn't resist tinkering as I was hooking up the Blu Ray to the entertainment center. After some discussion with the DW on exactly where to put it, we decided on the cabinet above the TV. As the entertainment center is pretty shallow, we ended up removing the door. More work to do up there. We'll probably add a shelf above the dvd player. Now here's the best part on repurposing the door we removed. It fits perfectly where the access panel for the water heater is located. This gives fast access to the water heater and it looks a lot better too.

Mine does have the water heater under the oven, but more storage would be nice in my 2890RL.

We've found a couple of empty cavities that we've been able to use for storage. Extra storage is always a nice surprise. I wonder if anyone ever gets a camper and doesn't find at least a few mods. I think mods are a rule.
