Furrion TV Cable AutoScan Issue

This sounds like a recurring issue with People, but I cannot find the answer I am looking for. I Have A 2019 Montana High Country 365bh, With Furrion TVs. I Can auto scan for OTA to use antenna and find channels to watch. But when I change to cable, rather than antenna, the auto scan function searches without finding any channels Anytime i'm connected to park cable. I've read in other forums that you need to turn off the antenna booster/amp for the Furrion to complete the cable autoscan. I've looked everywhere for the button to power the antenna amp down, but all I can find is a power light, no button. The dealer tells me there is no longer a power button because when you select cable, the KeyTv System antenna powers off automatically. Well, that is not happening, or something else is going on. This should be a simple thing, but I have spent hours trying to figure it out and called Help Line With No Solutions I Took Off The Line Going To The Rooftop Antenna and Hooked Cable inplace On The Keytv Box And All Worked Fine ( Could The Keytv Box Be Bad) Thanks

There has been numerous KeyTV boxes go bad. There is no way to test them at the dealership. It should be under warranty, you need a new one.

Number one, make 100% sure that every cable is going to the correct port in the Key TV selector box -- it's not rare for installers to swap them at installation time.

If that isn't the problem, try temporarily connecting to park cable via a long coax cord plugged directly into the appropriate port on the TV. If your TV still won't find cable channels, the problem is in your TV (usually a low probability). If it will, then the problem is the Key TV box, or the cable from the Key TV box to the camp cable port. The fact that your OTA viewing works fine says the other cables aren't the problem.

The KeyTV module is an active powered unit. Since your able to get OTA channels and not park the issue may be with the module box or the feed cable you are using at the park.

If that cable is good then KeyTV module is bad.

Use this and it will help you identify the issues...

Anyone hook up a Comcast cable boc to the Jensen stereo system? Can it be done or is my only option to plug directly into the TV from the cable box? Any help would be greatly appreciated. My wife works from home and needs reliable internet and cable in our 2020 Montana 3120rl.

Thank you!
