Skin separating from the siding

I have reviewed some YouTube videos and it looks complicated to re-glue the skin back to the siding. My issue is mostly at the front of the fifth wheel. Is it possible to put a fiberglass cover in place rather than try and reset with new glue? Is it possible?

It depends on several factors like the condition of the FILON, the amount of square footage involved, the area where it's damaged, the underlying structure and the condition of the frame under that area, just to name a few.

Post some photos, some information about your trailer (model, year, brand, etc) and most important, your "skill level" in dealing with this type of problem. Someone who is a "proficient auto body mechanic" will have a different outcome from "someone who doesn't know a Phillips from a Common screw driver".....
