Wireless entry issue

We just bought a 2011 keystone raptor 300mp
It has a southco ea-103 keyless entry on the main door, however we do not know how to get it to work. We have the original code, new battery installed in keypad, keypad lights up, but nothing else happens.
Any advise?
We tried to locate the transmitter box but cannot find it, any advise on where they install them?
Thanks!!

Did the previous owner change the code?

Here's a link to the manual. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sour...3MurafKYELW-tw

Unsure if they changed the code. Thank you for the manual. If I can't fix it with the manual, I'll just try calling manf
Thank you

Where is the hard wired box?

Any idea to find the hard wired box (the receiver)that is for the keyless entry system/transmitter?
The manual refers to two switches within the box but I can't even find the box!

Box is in the door. Some have a plate next to or below the lock set. If not then window comes out to access box. Can't say I like that system, seen too many fail, good luck.

Thanks for the info! No wonder I couldn't find it. I'm definitely not taking apart the door. I think I will just accept that it's inop!

Had the same issue plus the dead bolt worked like crap. I replaced both door locks with these keyed alike and can't say enough good things about them. No more door lock/handle issues for this kid.

If you have not quite givin' up yet.... I had mine quit working as well. The instructions that I read said that you must be "inside" of your RV to re-set the code! And sure 'nuff it would only re-set from inside. Crazy eh? Yup I had to remove it from the outside (double sided tape) & and then apply fresh double sided tape to remount.
