Dinette removal

Thought I'd share my recent project. Simple enough job, minus a self-imposed hiccup in the finishing process. Removal process took only about 20 minutes.

More details are in my blog. Thought I'd post in case anyone is thinking about tackling a similar chore. Cheers all.

DH and I were just discussing this last weekend when we took our little Cougar for a short romp. We have the U-Dinette and neither of us is very constructive, so we're probably going to wait awhile. We do eat in often, so it would be much nicer.

Is it fairly stable while traveling?

It will get strapped down when traveling via some small rings I installed in the floor

Not ready to totally do away with the benches. Too much needed storage there.
Where did you get the table? Looks like it might work for me.
