2013 Keystone Cougar Cargo Door Latch

I have a 2012 Cougar and a Friend of mine purchased a 2013. I love the new cargo doors and latches which have the pull latch rather than the cheap key lock and twist knob. Does anyone know if you can purchase these from Keystone. I would love to switch.

Jason,

Keystone typically doesn't sell parts directly to the public, and they'd probably suggest that you contact your dealer.
That said, the latches you're referring to are called: (bus-style) slam baggage door latches. Lots of RV manufacturers
use them, so some of the RV dealers in your area might sell them.

As an added note, it might be less expensive to replace the whole cargo door

Also the gas cylinders have a tendency to rip the mounting screws out of the door.

In the long run, you may be happier with what you have now.

Thanks for your help guys. Maybe I'll wait until I need to replace them.
